CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In accordance with Article 43.\u010d of the Zvpot:The consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract,without having to provide a reason for their decision. The notice is considered timely if the shipmentis posted within the deadline. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the directcost of returning the goods. The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than thirty days after notifying the company of the withdrawal. If the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal under Article 43.\u010d, this must be explicitly stated.<\/p>\n\n

COMPLAINT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please file a return immediately, including the enclosed receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, while the seller covers the cost of replacement. <\/p>\n\n

DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Orders placed on weekdays by 1:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped the same day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You can still place orders, and they will be processed on the next business day. We ship goods via GLS or Po\u0161ta Slovenije for domestic deliveries and via DHL for international shipments. Payment can be made by invoice, credit card, or cash on delivery. If the order total exceeds 30 euros, shipping within Slovenia is free regardless of the payment method. If the order total is less than 30 euros, shipping within Slovenia costs 5 euros when paying by cash on delivery, and 3.5 euros when paying by credit card or pro forma invoice. For Croatia, shipping costs are 9 euros; for other orders from the European Union, they are 15 euros, regardless of the order amount or payment method. If we ship two or more items in a single package, packaging and shipping are charged only once. <\/p>\n\n

PRICING INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All prices include 22% VAT, or 9.5% for dietary supplements and 5% for publications, and are listed in euros. Prices are valid as of the date of order and are subject to change. <\/p>\n\n

Once you\u2019ve found the product you want, click \u201cBuy\u201d to add it to your cart. You can add multiple products. When you\u2019re done shopping, go to the \u201cCart\u201d menu, fill out all the required fields, and double-check them. Also review your order total, and if you agree to the terms of purchase, click \u201cComplete Purchase.\u201d Your order is now placed. The final purchase amount will be displayed; if you agree to the terms, click \u201cSubmit Order.\u201dTo remove an item, click the X. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELING AN ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A customer can cancel an order that has already been placed through their account. If a customer wishes to cancel an order after payment has already been made, they can do so by emailing info@diabetes.si<\/a> or calling 01\/542 5004 (any weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.). We will cancel the order and refund the purchase price to the customer\u2019s account. <\/p>\n\n

PAYMENT METHOD INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Goods ordered through the website can be paid for by pro forma invoice, credit card, cash on delivery, or upon pickup at the company’s headquarters.<\/p>\n\n
